I have this implemented as a buglist column; no effort to land it
upstream has been made yet, though.

This sort of query is really interesting, and we should make an effort
to prepare a pre-cooked set of them that would be accessible in my
proposed "Reports" redesign. Perhaps Gerv's update will bring us towards
this goal.
