XML Documentation patches needed

And don't forget there's a bunch of bugs outside of the documentation
component which have documentation? or documentation2.16? flags on them
(indicating bugs that have probably been fixed and checked in, but affected
something that needs updating in the docs).

You can search for those with the Advanced Query at the bottom by choosing
"Flag" "is equal to" "documentation?"
Make sure you clear the statuses at the top, and some of those are already
marked FIXED (but the documentation isn't done until the flag gets plussed).

I count 4 with documentation? and 2 with documentation2.16? right now.
