Win32: what PPM repository to suggest in checksetup.pl?

	Hahahahahaha. Maybe... (/me perceives a future of thousands of Win32
users screaming, "This PPM package doesn't work...!" and me saying
"Well, um, I use Fedora. Why don't you? It's really not too hard, just
read my FAQ..." :-D)
