I think you missed the point.  Advertisements for products that are 
based on Bugzilla are awesome, precisely for the reasons you outlined. 
I have no qualms whatsoever about letting products based on Bugzilla be 
in the ad rotation.  (In fact, my pointing out those three above was me 
saying how cool it was that there's already stuff based on Bugzilla 
being advertised on Google :) )

The ads I was questioning were for things like prtracker.com, 
techexcel.com,  ilogix.com, visible.com, and so forth.
