Clear Case integration with Bugzilla

Kamal,

Scmbug, is a system that provides generic SCM integration with
Bugtracking. It currently supports integrating CVS and Subversion with
Bugzilla. All that would be required in Scmbug for Clearcase integration
with Bugzilla would be addition of hooks in Clearcase that can call the
Scmbug glue code accordingly. The rest, (the actual insertion of
comments in Bugzila, and various verification tests) is already
performed by the rest of Scmbug (the Scmbug-Bugzilla backend).

All this integration work is available at
http://www.public.asu.edu/~makrists/scmbug/, and patches for ClearCase
glue support are more than welcome. These may be trivial to develop by
modifying src/lib/Scmbug/Glue.pm.in:process_activity, and adding the
appropriate hooks in ClearCase's hooks system.
