Clear Case integration with Bugzilla

Mercury?  IBM sold it off (at least that was the last one I remember having
the old Rational product under the wings)?

Anyway, I doubt (m)any of us uses ClearCase.  CVS, SVN, p4 seem the norm.
So I doubt there are plans, but you are always more than welcome to
contribute something.
