When I was aware Erik had started working on the Auth:: redesign that
landed yesterday, I offered to write a small spec which now lives in
Bugzilla/Auth/README. This is still very rough, but I mean to update it
to reflect whatever's the "current" way of authentication. I could have
circulated this through developers, but didn't.
