The problem is figuring out which is the final draft. This could be
done by using an attachment for the relnotes text and using either an
additional flag or a special filename/mime-type/desscription in
conjuction with the existing flags to contain the RELNOTES.
We would need some fancy tools to pull and assemble the appropriate
attachments from the appropriate bugs, but it could be well worth it.
For example, we could create a report (concatentated relnotes) from all
the bugs found in a particular bonsai query or from all the bugs in a
particular buglist.
