bugzilla on cygwin

Yeah, writing up what you had to do might be useful.  In theory, 
Bugzilla works out of the box on cygwin.  So we'd definitely be 
interesting in finding out what doesn't quite work that way if that's 
not the case.

Running outside of cygwin (with ActiveState Perl) is not exactly so fun.
