Actually, full templatisation is a goal - at least, for Tobias and me, 
if not anyone else :-) But user-facing templatisation is a sub goal, 
which is blocked on email templatisation, which is (effectively) blocked 
on bug 84876.

I'm not convinced this is feasible, because things often require 
migration code as well as simple field adds and deletes. But I'm willing 
to wait to have the discussion until I see a patch. :-)
