Re-generating data for Charts

Yes, by deleting all the new chart data and re-migrating :-)

Are these bugs in groups? A documented restriction of new charts (which 
is there in recent versions in big red letters when you try and create a 
new one) is that it only counts public bugs. This is because we haven't 
yet put the insfrastructure in place for the script to "impersonate" the 
person who created the chart.

It's not all that hard to do; it's just that there have been more 
pressing problems recently :-)
