We use the Status Whiteboard to keep track of which clients need to
be contacted when a bug is fixed.

We don't use the CC list for this because BZ is on a
private intranet with no access to the outside world.  We could just set
them to not recieve any email, but we also use the dropdown lists for
user names and really need to be able to specify who gets in what
lists by group assocation (ie, the "Assigned To" list should only be
able to show engineers, QA list only people in a QA group, etc).
