The confusion is my fault.  My comments about Apache::ASP weren't aimed at 
swaying the direction of development, but more of a "hey, check this quiet 
project out, its quite handy" than "bz would be easier to maintain if it 
switched".  Reformed TT users are the worst kind.  :)
