Yup, sure would.

Prior to about 3 weeks ago, there wasn't sufficient staff to keep up 
with the operations needs, and it got left behind.  Since that point, 
they don't want the disruption too close to a release.

The Thunderbird 1.0 release is scheduled for Tuesday Dec 7.  The 
Bugzilla upgrade is now scheduled for Saturday Dec 11th.
