It would also be nice to have a travel fund so we could meet up in
person every year or so and do some intensive work on Bugzilla. Lots of
other projects manage this, and I don't see why we couldn't.

If we don't know what to do with the revenue, we're not being creative
enough -- I can sit for 15 minutes and find hundreds of ways to spend it.
