To All:

This may not the best venue for this discussion, but I'll start here and 
make the rounds as needed.

I would like to start building a web based technical support system based 
on the current Bugzilla code.  The system would be loosely follow  the 
design specifications found at 
http://www.serablue.com/os_files/DSF-SRS.pdf

Furthermore, if there is no objection from Mozilla I would like 
to use the name "SupportZilla" to play on the Mozilla, Bugzilla, 
Issuezilla theme. Assuming, I adopt the Mozilla Public License as the 
licensing authority for this new project, to whom should I request 
permission (if anyone...) to undergo a project like this?

Also, general comments about the idea would be appreciated.
