DB and DBCompat

As Bradley said in an update to a bugid:

"People should use the Bugzilla::DB connect method instead."

Well, yeah, that's the way it is now. But it is hardcoded to MySQL. I
can change the code in DB, which would mean I need to hack:

connect_shadow, connect_main, _connect

I don't mind doing that, I just want to know if it is in the intention
to have all database compatibility stuff in DBCompat or not, because if
I start to do the same kind of stuff in DB we could just as easily move
all the stuff from DBCompat to DB anyway.

I don't care which file it gets to be, just want some clarity on the
issue. :)
