Adding a Resolution

If you are not using any of the existing resolution you can chnage it to SOURCE CHANGED or
you can add a new one. The changes are simple.
The files affected are:
- bug_status.html
- checksetup.pl
- queryhelp.cgi
- localconfig.js
- collectstats.pl
 
The above changes are based on bugzilla-2.16.1 code.

The resolutions in bugs of like, fixed, wont fix and all that. Would a lot have to be change to add a SOURCE CHANGED resolution? Its something my manager would like to see in the system?
