Ability to edit Custom Fields while doing Multiple bug edits

[usmle Prep]

Multiple bug edits in bugzilla allow to edit just the
fields that are stored in bugs tables. But we would
like to update the custom fields as well while doing
multiple bug edits.Has anyone implemented it. I know
it is very tough to accomplish it.
