buglist.cgi times out

[usmle Prep]

Hi Myk,
Thanks a lot for taking the time to help me.I really
appreciate that.I did run a explain on the query that
is getting executed but seems like it's fine from the
explain stand point of view. Only 40 rows are present
in bugs database.I used mysqldump to recreate the
database but still it is behaving the same way .Timing
out.
Do u have any more suggestions.
