Yes, I do.

./maketarball.sh <directoryname> <tagname>

so for example, for the 2.17.4 release, I did this:

./maketarball.sh bugzilla-2.17.4 BUGZILLA-2_17_4

Should be easy to run it with HEAD as the tag. :)
