Perhaps we should put a cron job (or a cgi) on landfill that builds a
tarball.

couldn't you use a CVSview CGI to allow this? or will that not allow you to
download the WHOLE Bugzilla directory at once? I thought there was one out
there that would allow you to do that some how.
