i didn't even know mozilla mail had smileys.  that's what i get for 
using osx mail.

i ripped out the icons and changed the smileytheme defaults file and 
now we have mozilla's 16 icons in bugzilla.  i'm uploading the patches 
right now.  now can we add it to 2.18?  ;-)
