How to Log into CVS without entering the password

[usmle Prep]

Hi,
I am planning to automate the build process which
involves checking out the source code from CVS and
this step prompts for the password which I want to
avoid.Can you please let me know if there is any flag
in CVS that let's me include the password when setting
the CVSROOT variable.I do not want to use ssh as our
build is done on  winxp machine.
