Bugzilla Help needed

 The permission is set . But still i get the same error.
  The error log now shows
 [Wed Dec 17 16:15:40 2003] [error] (13)Permission denied: exec of
/root/bugtracker/temp/bugzilla-2.16.4/test.cgi failed
[Wed Dec 17 16:15:40 2003] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Premature end of

Permission denied about sums it up.  Set the permissions on the file so the
webserver can see and run it. :)
