Landfill collectstats

Just FYI, since I saw it mentioned on a bug somewhere the other day, I got
off my @$$ and set up the cron jobs for collectstats.pl on all of the
"public demo" status Bugzillas (the ones listed on the landfill home page
at the top), so there should be useful charting data on those installations
soon to be able to see what the charts do.  I also used the --regenerate
option on the ones that were new enough to have it (2.17.6 and cvs-tip) so
those should have a decent history of statistics to chart from.
