So do I.  I would love to rip more things out, but our first cut should 
merely clean up the cobwebs, while still leaving the existing L&F, as 
much as possible.  Then we can enable our users to more easily change 
bz to their taste, without having to maintain huge patches.

Actually, since we are already making that header a table, it makes 
more sense to just to use the surrounding <td>, rather than a <span> or 
<div>.

I'm about to attach a new patch that implements this idea.  Sticking 
with a table here makes things work better for less capable browers, 
IMHO.  The single table can easily be replaced by a div later.

I also cleaned up the id names and removed all reference to my 
choose-product patch, in which the class names were poorly thought out.
