Well....

The replacement isn't there.Plus, the DBI author is on holiday, so my
patch to make DBI only check input values for taintedness hasn't been 
accepted.

My design allows the replication stuff to basically be a dropin 
replacement, only touching Bugzilla/DBI.pm
