We should probably install the modules rather than do this - because
this patch removes some protections we have against people, er, checking
in code without declaring module dependencies and stuff :-)

Tinderbox owners: you need GD 1.20 or above, GD::Graph, and GD::Text::Align.

If people want to disagree with me, then I'll extract bbaetz' patch.
