UNCONFIRMED enabled for Bugzilla product

The Bugzilla product on bugzilla.mozilla.org has now had the UNCONFIRMED
status enabled.  The volume of bugs we've been getting (not to mention the
misfiles from people intending to file bugs against Mozilla itself, whose
bugs are getting auto-confirmed when they shouldn't be because they
misfiled) has been steadily increasing, and we need a better way to keep
track of them.
