Comment format for CVS -> Bugzilla comment gateway

If there's a mapping from cvs account names to email addresses, like on 
mozilla.org, then yes :-)

Making them links is difficult; currently, the only way to do this is to 
  print the entire URL and get it linkified, but that would be Really Ugly.

Something like:

Related CVS checkin by foo at bar.com:
"Bug 123456: Fix the foo generator. Patch by gerv; r=bbaetz."
