Obviously, this will be different for different people - hence the need 
to unify post_bug and process_bug to allow sites to customise what they 
want on the enter_bug page. I think we are all agreed that this is the 
correct long-term solution. But I assert two things:

- prior to that code change, we should not duplicate more and more of 
process_bug in post_bug by adding more things to the current enter_bug 
architecture

- after that change, the _default_ enter_bug screen should remain the 
simple thing that it now is, rather than being as complex as show_bug.
