I think it works with TT 2.08. Only DEBUG is completely broken in TT
2.08a. I reversed to 2.08 and it still seems to work.

I guess this was due to some error which I only detected after DEBUG was
working.

Thus: TT 2.08 should be ok for running, for developing TT 2.08a is
definitly better.

PS: Could someone review the patch? (Which only requires TT 2.08 in
checksetup.) http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=bz-l10n
