Importing to mozilla

Hi,

Does anyone know of any tools for importing bug database from other open
source formats to bugzilla. For example, are there any tools for
importing gnats database into bugzilla? How hard would it be to write
these tools from scratch - any estimate would be helpful.

I found a mention (http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc/2001-11/msg00870.html) of
some XML DTD schema which I would be interested to look into. Is there
more information available about this project?

"Dawn Endico made Bugzilla's XML DTD the industry-standard bug-tracking
DTD (no standardization committee, but most open bug-trackers support the
format now).  So you can do a mysql dump of data, export it via XML for
importation elsewhere, or export your existing data to an
easily-understood XML format for importation."
