Custom fields

There's a number of RFEs dealing with making things product-specific.

What Zippy really wants is a way to control what fields are available in
which products.

This would probably work equally well if we added a few commonly-requested
field types, and made them enableable/disableable per product.

Adding specific fields probably does less damage to query/buglist since you
don't have to be too generic about how you're searching for it...
