I'll go with that.  Javascript is pretty darn useful when used properly,
and it's a shame some sites have to abuse it to the point where people
don't trust it.

I don't think we have a requirement that it work as well without Javascript
as it does with.  The only requirement is that it has to work without
Javascript.  If that means it winds up being a huge amount of effort on the
user's part because they aren't getting the timesaving assistance from the
Javascript then so be it, as long as they still can do it if they spend
that effort.
