Bugzilla 2.16.1 in Russian is available

Good $daytime,

Russian templates for Bugzilla 2.16.1 are available at

     http://sourceforge.net/projects/bugzilla-ru/

At the moment, most templates are done (all but account management).
However, there's much to do on help files and documentation.

But first and foremost, we need a peer review by those who speak
Russian, as some bug tracking terms have no stable match in Russian
and may look awkward.
