How could I go about resolving this error? It occurs when I attempt to create a new user or generate an API key for integration testing purposes. However, when I attempt to use the API key, it prevents me from logging in, resulting in the same error. Consequently, I find myself reinstalling Bugzilla in order to regain access to my account.

An unexpected error occurred. This could be a temporary problem, or some code is behaving incorrectly. If this problem persists, please email this page to asterius003 at gmail.com<mailto:asterius003 at gmail.com> with details of what you were doing at the time this message appeared.

Additionally, should I set my administrator account as the "mailfrom" or should I designate a different address?

Furthermore, I was wondering if obtaining an API key is an essential step for making API requests. If it is indeed necessary, could you guide me on how to obtain one without encountering the login issue that hinders my access?
