Administration access

Saying "you created an account" sounds like you have a bit of a misconception about what Bugzilla is. Bugzilla is a piece of software that a lot of people install on their web servers in order to track bug reports. The context you're providing in your message tells me that you have your own project that you want to track bug reports for, but you opened an account on someone else's Bugzilla in order to do it (if I'm understanding what you said correctly, anyway). That might be part of your confusion.

If you're going to use Bugzilla for your own project, and not to report bugs in someone else's project, then you would need to install your own copy of it somewhere. You would get administration access to it automatically when you create the initial account during installation.

The installation documentation is at https://bugzilla.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installing/index.html

You would need to have your own server to install it on. It's possible to install it on a laptop or desktop computer but then you'd be the only one who could use it.

If you have questions about installing that aren't answered in the above documentation, let us know what operating system you're trying to install it on when you ask your questions.
