Subject: Bugzilla 5.2 checksetup.pl error

Installing 5.2 on an older Ubuntu server (16.04 xenial)

I installed all the required modules mostly via apt, but a couple were not
found so I used cpan.

The module check now passes but I get the following error:

Can't locate object method "new" via package "Package::Stash" (perhaps you
forgot to load "Package::Stash"?) at Bugzilla/DB.pm line 57, <DATA> line
755.
Compilation failed in require at Bugzilla.pm line 30, <DATA> line 755.

I tried apt-get install libpackage-stash-perl but got libpackage-stash-perl
is already the newest version (0.37-1).

I poked around online, but found nothing significant.

Any help would be appreciated.
