Installing bugzilla5.2

I am trying to install bugzilla 5.2 on Linux ( Mageia and Fedora) via an 
rpm provide by OpenMandriva , and on both I get blocked with an error: 
no group apache found.
But this group definitely exist. Do  you have any is-dea what is really 
going on.
On Mageia I run bugzilla 5.0.6 without problems.
