Localization of bugzilla Dutch

I have installed bugzilla to be used by users which can manage in 
English, but having it in Dutch should be a bonus. But I find that the 
last Localization is for some 3.X version. I'm willing to put effort to 
correct that, but I don't know who and where to address the result of my 
work.
I found the current localization guide, that would be enough to get me 
going, doesn't it??
