Bugzilla.org services have migrated out of Mozilla's SCL3 datacenter

Earlier this morning, we finished migrating the remaining bugzilla.org
services out of Mozilla's SCL3 datacenter into a pair of servers hosted
in Linode.  That includes the list server that handles this mailing
list, so this serves as a test mail to make sure the list is working. :-)
