Backwards development

Bugzilla is still very much a part of my day job, and I would be happy to
take a much more active part in its development. Currently, the company has
me pulled into more of a support role for the software (which, if
successful, could lead to a userbase on my installation of nearly triple
what it is now), so time for active development is very low for the time
being. Downtime is currently allocated to the Testopia extension to ensure
it can move forward with Bugzilla.
