Bugzilla has a new QA manager

Hi all,

A quick note to let you know that David Lawrence (dkl) is the new QA
manager for the Bugzilla project. These last few weeks, he did a great
job to migrate our testing installations from Tinderbox to Travis:

QA always needs love. Writing new testcases is not the most funny part
of development, but they are needed to make sure that existing and new
features work as designed. So if you want to help, do not hesitate! :)
