bzr and cvs mirrors of trunk are currently not updating

just a quick heads-up that the bzr and cvs mirrors of trunk are 
currently not updating.

we had to perform some heavy maintenance on git, and we're still trying 
to figure out how these changes can be propagated to bzr/cvs.
at this point due to the complexity required to fix these mirrors it's 
likely that we will not re-enable the mirroring of trunk to bzr and cvs.

** this only applies to trunk **  all other branches will still be mirrored.

the tip installation on landfill has been updated to pull from git 
instead of bzr, so it should continue to be updated.
