Hello from FreedomSponsors

I believe, that plugin would useful for every open source project where
users might want to fund developers.
(for, example, Jenkins already has it on their JIRA - please see this
example <https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-12345>)

Does Bugzilla not fall into that category?
