Bugzilla 4.5 will require Perl 5.10.1

Hi all,

This is just a quick note to let you know that once we branch for
Bugzilla 4.4 in May, I will commit a patch which will make Bugzilla 4.5
and newer to require Perl 5.10.1 as a minimum. This means Bugzilla won't
support Perl 5.8.x anymore. So Bugzilla 4.4 will be the last release to
support the oldish Perl 5.8.x.
