Mozilla Bug database - How to access?

Mozilla doesn't use Bugzilla only for bugs but also as a ticket system
for tech support.  Filing a bug report is the same as a helpdesk ticket
in this case.  If you follow the link Gerv gave below it'll file the
report in the correct component for getting the process started on
getting the database to you.
