Bringing Testopia to up to Bugzilla 4.2

I reviewed them right now. Note that ghendricks is no longer around,
since he left Novell. This means that Testopia has no active maintainer
for more than a year. The last checkin was on March 2011. Without a new
active maintainer, Testopia will die.

The problem is that this prevents some Bugzilla installations from
upgrading to 4.x, because they use Testopia to manage their testcases.

rojanu: feel free to contribute by attaching patches, and coordinate
your efforts with others by commenting in the bugs themselves. I will
check what to do with Testopia.
